When we're asking him to notice what we're literally doing is flipping the on switch on his frontal lobes which allow him to set a goal and follow through to it.
The anxiety doesn't control me so now what I do is I I kind of go in and I'll like just kind of be by myself for like 10 or 15 minutes and I'll let the anxiety kind of subside and then I'm fine for the rest of the night.
